Maxence MARSIN
ATTORNEY AT LAW
With a French and American university education and following various international cooperation projects with the UN (WHO), I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of the French, English and American business worlds. I have extensive experience in the areas of corporate law (international contracts, restructurings, shareholders relationships, joint-ventures …) and intellectual property law (author’s rights, licenses, trademarks, software agreements, patent joint development agreements …) as I previously worked in these areas of law, in renowned international law firms for several years.
With 18 years of experience, I have a practical understanding of both strategic and legal aspects in corporate, contracts and IP laws.
Trained in alternative dispute resolution, I am a member of the Association Française des Praticiens du Droit collaboratif (French Association of Collaborative Professionals).
I represent mostly innovating Small and Medium Size Enterprises (startups) in a wide array of industries and advise company executives enabling them to benefit from my expertise in negotiating with international companies, in France and internationally.
I also assist in due diligence during companies restructurings.
